Shipping policy

Processing Time:

The time I need to prepare an order may vary. In most cases I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Times:

I ship via USPS or UPS to offer you the most econmomical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your oder. The number may not show up or be updated within the USPS or UPS shipping system right away, but rest assured your package is on its way!

I will be providing a local pick-up option soon!!!

North America: 3-5 business days after the initial 2-3 day processing time.

I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will vary on the postal service (USPS or UPS). Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive.

Please Note: I am not liable or resppnsible for any delayed, re-routed, lost, stolen or undeliverable packages, however I DO ALWAYS want to ensure you receive the package you paid for so I will work with you to make things right so please contact me at readingsbyranice@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns with the status of your order.

Delivery:

I ship to the address entered at checkout which will be listed on your order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect address will be issued a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Please glance over and double check that your address is correct.

Order Changes:

Please check your oder twice! Once an order has been processed and set to ship I am unable to make any changes to that order, including cancellation. (This includes any pre-order items as well in your order as well) Address changes are not able to be made once your order has been processed so please check twice and hit submit once!

Backorders:

Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. Other times I am waiting for production to finish (candles to cure). Either way, you can still place your order and I promise to get it to you asap; if it will be on back order longer than 2 weeks, I can issue a refund (with the exception of items with a longer pre-order date posted).
