Refund policy
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All items to be returned must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process:
To return an item, please email customer service at readingsbyranice@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail it to the address provided.
Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after approval of the requested refund, I will process your return or exchange, Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
For defective or damaged items please contact customer service at readingsbyranice@gmail.com within three (3) days of receipt. It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damage resulting from consumer error unfortunately will not be replaced or refunded.
